Dr. Rodgers has been a school administrator for the past decade and is Woodward’s Administrative Consultant.
Having worked as an elementary and high school teacher; middle school, college and Central Office administrator, she is the school’s Lead Learner.
Ms. Johnson is the Operations Administrator and has been at WLA for 5 years. Ms. Johnson has seen a lot of change over the years, but believes that if we all pull together, WLA will be successful!
Ms. Scott, Receptionist
Miss Jennifer is the Receptionist and After School Coordinator at Woodward Leadership Academy. She's been employed at WLA since 2014. Miss Jennifer really loves the students and makes sure their time at Woodward is fun and memorable.
Mr. Cesear, Campus Security
Mr. Becerra is Campus Security. He’s been at WLA since 2013. Mr. Becerra is a retired Police Sergeant that began his law enforcement career in 1986. He helps students understand school policies and procedures.
Mr. D, Plant Manager
Mr. D is 2019 new to Woodward. Mr. D has worked in group homes with children for over 13 years and WLA is his second school. He services students whom he identifies as the "shining stars of our future".
Ms. Chamberlain has worked in education for over 30 years. She has been the Kindergarten teacher at Woodward for 4 years.

Ms. Hokanson, 1st Grade
Ms. Hokanson has a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University and earned her Teaching Credential through California State University - Los Angeles' CalState TEACH Program. She is a native of Southern California and currently lives in Colton with her two young daughters. While she is new to Woodward, she is passionate about teaching in our community and is excited to be here!
Mr. Kincaid was a teacher in Missouri for two years, and has been with Woodward since coming to California in 2018. He is passionate about creating a safe learning environment for students.
Ms. Abram, 3rd/4th Grade
Ms. Abram has worked with children in a classroom setting for over 20 years, and is the TK teacher. She’s previously worked as a Teacher’s Assistant in a Learning Disability Classroom, as a Substitute teacher, and as a teacher throughout the Los Angeles and High Desert areas.
Mr. Putt, 5th/6th Grade
Mr. Putt is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies. He is dedicated to the advancement of children's formal education through multiple modes of learning and practices.
Ms. Rangel, Educational Aide
Ms. Rangel joined WLA in 2019.
